HICD PLUS Begins the ‘Leading through HICD’ Training Program for Georgian Service Providers From March 20-23, 2012, HICD PLUS launched the “Leading through HICD" training program by delivering the first two modules of the ten-module program to more than 50 participants. The first module covered the principles of performance improvement, HICD assessments and goals, and organizational and performance analyses, while in the second module participants had the opportunity to discuss identifying a performance gap and conducting a root cause analysis. “Leading through HICD" is an innovative ten-module program that was custom-designed after a rigorous needs assessment of HICD PLUS’s 28 Georgian service providers. The program will be delivered over a period of six months and feature modules covering a variety of HICD and performance improvement topics, as well as modules devoted to improving providers’ general business and consulting capacity. Since Partners-Georgia is one of sub-contractors of the HICD PLUS program, its trainer-consultants have an opportunity of increasing their expertise through participation in these trainings.
