Effective communication
Effective communication skills are fundamental for the success both in personal and business relations; fortunately, it is possible to learn and practice them in relatively short period of time. During the training participants will explore the key issues of effective communication process, such as the essence and advantages of partner-oriented communication, factors that promote and hinder effective information flow, importance and role of the body language in communication, reasons why different people perceive the same things differently and how this different perception influences the communication process. Participants will improve their listening, questioning, argumentation and persuasion skills and learn about the transactional analysis that allows pursuing the effective behavior strategies in accordance with different situations. As a result of the training, participants will be able to communicate successfully and attain their goals, at the same time maintaining the positive relationships with their personal and business partners.

Conflict Management
The majority of people are trying to avoid conflict situations, considering them negative and harmful; however, conflicts are the integral part of our everyday life, therefore it is practically impossible to avoid them completely. If properly managed, conflict situations may stimulate development and promote positive changes both in personal and business life. The problem is that quite often people do not know what to do with their conflicts; they are not aware of conflict escalation and de-escalation principles, they do not know what types of behavior are effective or ineffective and whether there is one universal management strategy for every conflict situation. During the training participants will learn about these and other key topics of conflict management; they will practice communication techniques that help to effectively manage conflicts both on the lower and higher levels of escalation. As a result of the training participants will be able to better control their emotions, to protect their own interests without damaging those of others, and to cooperate in search of the mutually acceptable solutions.

Negotiations
The training aims to introduce to the participants various types and styles of one of the most important communication techniques - negotiations process. Participants will learn how to correctly define and formulate negotiation objectives and effectively plan and conduct negotiations; they will explore the main points and significance of different negotiation strategies. As a result of the training, participants will be able to select and apply the correct negotiation strategy subject to the specific negotiation partner, or specific negotiation timeframes. Finally, participants will be able to timely recognize and neutralize the unfair (manipulative) tricks of their negotiation partner.

Dispute mediation
Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process, during which the conflicting parties try to find the mutually acceptable solution with help of the third impartial party - mediator. During the mediation training participants will explore the details of the third party intervention into the conflict resolution process; they will learn about the peculiarities of the mediation, including its stages and advantages as compared to the traditional conflict resolution processes; apart from this, participants will have an opportunity to practice the skills that are essential for the job of mediator. As a result, participants will be able to effectively intervene in various conflicts and mediate disputes and confrontations in their respective communities, organizations, families, etc.

Leadership and effective teamwork
Participants will get clarity on the role of the team leader and understanding of how they should manage themselves, in order to better manage others; they will explore the different leadership types and styles, including the situational leadership model. As a result of the training participants will have better understanding of how to lead their teams through the different stages of team development; how to enhance collaboration and cooperation and how to build trust and commitment among the team members; how the different roles within the team contribute to the creative problem solving process that results in effective team decisions and plans, and how to have more impact in the teamwork.

Diversity management
Diversity Management training will aim to establish in participants awareness and sensitivity to differences that are peculiar to every society. Participants will get basic knowledge about the various aspects and contexts of diversity, discuss problems related with individual and group identity and talk about models for organizing the multiethnic societies. The will learn also, how stereotypes develop and how is it possible to replace negative attitudes with positive ones. They will gain awareness of the diversity issues they face on a daily basis, and how these issues impact their lives and the activites of their organizations. Participants will gain empirical knowledge of various problems faced by minorities, and learn how including diversity improves the situation in organization and in a society as whole.

Problem solving and decision making
Regardless the workplace specifics, every team that is oriented to success and achievement should possess skills for recognizing, defining and analyzing problems, with consequent development of fast, effective and viable solutions. The training aims to acquaint participants with distinctive features and steps of the joint problem solving and decision-making process, starting from setting objectives, through the identification and evaluation of alternative solutions and up to the selection of the best option. Participants will learn and practice various skills and techniques for initiating and facilitating the creative group work, at the same time exploring the different decision making approaches that are appropriate in different circumstances. As a result of the training, participants will increase their capability to constructively and creatively respond to problem situations by making effective, responsible and sustainable decisions.

Public speaking and presentation
The training will introduce to participants the main principles of effective presentation and audience management during various public appearances, including appearance on television and broadcast talks. Training will place emphasis on the topics such as planning, preparation and delivery of effective presentation, as well as analyzing its results. As a result of the training participants will know how to define and formulate the presentation objectives; how to take a proper account of each specific audience during the preparation and delivery of the presentation; how to attract the attention of listeners and answer their questions without being taken aback; how to enlive the presentation with various rethorical methods and effective visual aids. Apart from these, participants will learn the basics of audience management; specifically, they will know how to persuade and motivate the audience, stimulate thinking, encourage action and influence feelings and attitudes of their listeners.

Meeting facilitation
The aim of the training is to teach group work management - facilitation. Participants will learn the stages of group work and discuss how to lead the process on each stage, different levels of group work and their positive and negative influence on one another. They will realize the advantage of managed group work. Participants will have opportunity to practice facilitation skills and to learn different techniques of group work. Attention is paid to overcoming different problems and dealing with difficult participants.

Public and media relations
As a result of the training, participants will improve their understanding of the purpose, structure and main functions of PR as one of the important components of organizational life. Participants will discuss general rules and principles of media relations, at the same time drawing parallels between international and local practices; they will learn about techniques for preparation of news and press-releases and analyze the important components that ensure the effectiveness of the press-conference. Participants will go into the crisis management issues; specifically, they will find out when the situation is considered to be of critical emergency, what kind of measures are promoting its regulation and what are the most important aspects of media relations during the crisis. Finally, the training will allocate sufficient time for review of different types of PR campaigns. Participants will learn about the sequence of campaign phases, including the goals, objectives, and methods of evaluation for each phase; the special emphasis will be placed on the campaign attributes (logo, slogan and messages) and factors that determine their effectiveness.

Stress Management
Stress is one of the most serious and urgent problems in contemporary world. Overloaded schedule, stressful environment, lack of spare time, anxiety and concerns related to the future, personal problems - all of these are the separate links of one negative chain, which leads us to various unpleasant symptoms such as headaches, concentration problems, irritability, insomnia, hopelessness, despair and various fears. Stress management training will help participants to understand the nature of stress and the difference between the stress and distress. Parallel to the analysis of internal and external stressors, participants will learn how to recognize them, and how to deal with stressful thoughts in order to reduce their damage effect. Training will focus also on significant aspects of organizational stress; in particular, participants will learn how to overcome or avoid the negative consequences of overwork. As a result of the training, participants will be able to choose among several physical skills or psychological techniques that will help them to manage the stress in their everyday lives.
