Partners-Georgia will conduct trainings at ProCredit Bank Partners-Georgia won the tender announced by the ProCredit Bank on delivering Customer Relations and Sales trainings. Senior trainer-consultants will deliver trainings in frames of the one-year contract between the Bank and Partners-Georgia.

Manual on Volunteer Management Partners-Georgia has developed a training manual on Volunteer Management to be used during the trainings in frames of the USAID funded 3-year Advanced National Integration Program. The program is implemented under the grant agreement and in Cooperation with the UNA-Georgia.

Advanced National Integration (ANI) Program Advancing National Integration in Georgia (ANI) is a USAID funded 3-year project, implemented by the United Nations Association of Georgia (UNAG) in cooperation with its partner organizations, including Partners-Georgia. The program took start in November 2011, and the overall goal of the project is to strengthen civic integration in Georgia. Partners-Georgia will serve as a primary training provider for the ANI program, being involved in various training manual development, training delivery and summer camp implementation for Youth.

Teambuilding in UNDP funded program In December 5, in frames of UNDP project in Capacity Building for the Ministry of Education and Science, Partners-Georgia conducted teambuilding workshop for Professional-Technical schools principals and heads of education department. The workshop activities aimed to increase cooperative and teamwork-oriented relationship among the participants.

Trainings for Ministry of Refugee and Accommodation Partners-Georgia completed cycle of trainings for Ministry of Refugee and Accommodation personnel. Trainings included Citizens Effective Service for various department representatives, and Effective Telephone Service for hotline operators. In October-November, total of 25 Ministry personnel were trained. The program is funded by the Danish Refugee Council.

Training for “Beeline" personnel is in progress Partners-Georgia started Effective Telephone Service trainings for “Beeline" Operators. Trainings aim at learning effective telephone service and communication techniques. Trainings started in October 25 and will continue until November 4.

Trainings for Revenue Service Partners-Georgia conducted Public Speaking training for Revenue Service various department representatives. Training was held in September 14-18, aimed at learning main principles of audience management during the public speaking.

Training of Trainers for School Teachers On September 12-14, Partners-Georgia Trainers conducted ToT for Shida Kartli, Kvemo Kartli and Samtkhe-Javakheti school teachers. Training aimed to prepare teachers for independent delivery of trainings for Chemistry, Physics and Biology teachers in their corresponding regions. Training has been implemented in frames of the project “Education Development in Shida Kartli, Kvemo Kartli and Samtkhe-Javakheti Rural-Type Settlements��?, held by Partners-Polska Foundation. The major goald of the project is improving education for rural children and youth, through providing access for teachers from small towns and villages to modern methodological instruments.

Advocacy Training Program in frames of G-PAC completed In frames of the Policy, Advocacy and Civil Society Development in Georgia (G-PAC) program Partners-Georgia completed Advocacy Trainings for Georgian regional SCOs, Think Tanks and Tbilisi based NGOs. Trainings aimed at strengthening the advocacy capacity of participating organizations. Total of 130 SCO representatives were trained in Frames of the program.

TOT in frames of the CENN regional initiative In May 31-June 2, CENN within the framework of the regional initiative “Strengthening and Engagement of Rural Women in Natural Resources Management in the South Caucasus Countries organized the Training of Trainers (ToT) in Bulachauri Green Center. The trainings were attended by the representatives of the Rural Women Councils (RWCs) established in the framework of the project. The trainings were conducted by the trainers-consultants from Partners-Georgia. On the base of gained knowledge by the members of RWC it is planed to conduct the trainings for new RWC members established in the 2nd phase of the project and for neighboring population on different environmental issues. The initiative is being implemented with the financial support of EED.

Crystal, PSP and Defence Police trainings Partners-Georgia worked with the personnel of three companies in April 2011. Customer service trainings were conducted for the representatives of the Micro Finance Organization “Crystal�? in April 7-10. In total 20 Credit officers from various regions of Georgia participated in Trainings. Effective Communication trainings were conducted in April 6-7 for PSP pharmaceutical network. In April 14-16 and 18-20, representatives of the Security Police were trained in customer relations.

Workshop for Media and NGO representatives in Gudauri In March 12-13, in Gudauri, Partners-Georgia conducted a training for NGO leaders on Financial Management, and in parallel conducted a workshop for media representatives on the role of civil society. The second day of the event was focused on teambuilding, bringing together representatives of these two sectors, in order to establish a cooperative relations. Trainings were organized by the Civil Institutionalism Development Fund (CIDF).

Trainings for Security Police Department Security Police Department (SPD) staff received Effective Telephone Communication and Sales trainings, which was lead by Partners-Georgia's trainer-consultants. Trainings aimed to learn and improve effective customer service and sales techniques. Trainings lasted from February 28 to March 3.

Workshop for Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation Partners-Georgia conducted Team-Building Workshop for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) in February 18-19 in Gudauri, Georgia. Major goal of program was to increase the friendly atmosphere within the group and to exrcise communication skills among participants.

Trainings for Young Peace Activists from Armenia and Azerbaijan On February 2-3, Partners-Georgia conducted Effective Communication and Moderation training for Armenian and Azerbaijani Peace Activists. Total of 20 activists participated in training. Training was organized and conducted in frames of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Peace Activists’ Meeting.
