Summer School for regional Youth ClubsIn August 6-12, in frames of the USAID funded Advanced National Integration (ANI) in Georgia program, UNA-Georgia and Partners-Georgia organized Summer School for regional Clubs of Youth Civic Activism Network.Summer School included skill building trainings in communication and public presentations, and work in thematic groups of model UN, Social Media, Research and Event Management. Total of 100 participants particiapted in Summer School.

Trainings in frames of JILEPIn the period of July 6-22, in frames of USAID funded Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment Project (JILEP), Partners-Georgia conducted series of trainings on Effective Communication, Team Work, Citizens Effective Service and Effective Management. Participants were consultants and specialists of legal aid service bureaus and consultation centers.

Consultations for Regional Civil Society OrganizationsIn July 4-12, Partners-Georgia Consultants conducted consultations for Lagodekhi, Batumi, Ozurgeti and Poti local Civil Society Organizations. Topic of the consultations were Negotiations and Research tools, aiming to better implementation of organizations' current projects. Consultations took place in frames of Policy, Advocacy and Civil Society Development in Georgia (G-PAC) four-year program, funded USAID and implemented by the East-West Management Institute (EWMI).

Public Forums Moderation training for regional Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)On July 11-12, 2012 Partners-Georgia senior trainers Lela Giorgobiani and Vazha Kvernadze conducted the training in Public Forums Moderation Skills for 16 representatives of 8 civil society organizations operating in regions of Georgia. Training was requested by Caucasian Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development (CIPDD) and aimed to introduce participants to the specifics of the Public Deliberation forums' moderation as well as practice relevant skills through the mock moderation exercise.

ANI Youth Club Trainings continued in regions of GeorgiaIn frames of the USAID funded Advanced National Integration (ANI) in Georgia program, in cooperation with UNA-Georgia, Partners-Georgia's trainers delivered trainings for the young leaders at the youth clubs in Gori, Ozurgeti, Telavi and Kutaisi in the period of May-June. The major topic of the training was Youth Activism.

Service Improvement Training in ZODIOn April 3-6, Partners-Georgia conducted Effective Service trainings for consultants and managers working at the shops of ZODI in Tbilisi. Major goal of the training was to improve the knowledge of standards of effective client service and exercise corresponding skills.

HICD PLUS Begins the ‘Leading through HICD' Training Program for Georgian Service ProvidersFrom March 20-23, 2012, HICD PLUS launched the “Leading through HICD" training program by delivering the first two modules of the ten-module program to more than 50 participants. The first module covered the principles of performance improvement, HICD assessments and goals, and organizational and performance analyses, while in the second module participants had the opportunity to discuss identifying a performance gap and conducting a root cause analysis. “Leading through HICD" is an innovative ten-module program that was custom-designed after a rigorous needs assessment of HICD PLUS's 28 Georgian service providers. The program will be delivered over a period of six months and feature modules covering a variety of HICD and performance improvement topics, as well as modules devoted to improving providers' general business and consulting capacity. Since Partners-Georgia is one of sub-contractors of the HICD PLUS program, its trainer-consultants have an opportunity of increasing their expertise through participation in these trainings.

Trainings for Youth Clubs in Samtskhe-JavakhetiIn frames of the USAID funded Advanced National Integration (ANI) in Georgia program, in coopeartion with UNA-Georgia, Partners-Georgia's trainers will deliver trainings for the young leaders at the youth clubs in Akhatsikhe, Akhalkalaki, and Ninotsminda in March 22-30. The major topic of the training will be Youth Activism.

Trainings for the Bank CONSTANTAPartners-Georgia and the Bank Constanta agree on training the bank's personnel in effective Service. Total of 300 participants will be trained in the period of March-June, 2012, aiming at the improvement of the clients' service in the Bank service office in Tbilisi and regions of Georgia.

Capacity Building Program for Regional Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in GeorgiaPolicy, Advocacy and Civil Society Development in Georgia (G-PAC) is a four-year, USAID-funded initiative implemented by the East-West Management Institute (EWMI). One of the components of the program is aimed at strengthening the CSOs operating in Georgia, so that they are able to better advocate for citizens' interests and engage more actively in the development and implementation of various important reforms countrywide. Within this component, Partners-Georgia will provide capacity building program to regional CSOs in Georgia that include advocacy in their mission and have a record of involvement in advocacy initiatives over the last three years. Capacity building program aims to increase the effectiveness of beneficiary organizations' advocacy initiatives through providing them with various knowledge and skills that contribute to better planning and implementation of their advocacy campaigns. On the first stage of the program, in February - March 2012, Partners-Georgia's leading trainer-consultants will convene three training workshops on the topics of PR / Public Outreach, Research Skills and Negotiation skills for leaders of 16 CSOs from various regions of Georgia. During the second stage of the program (April - July 2012) Partners-Georgia consultants will reinforce the workshops' impact by delivering to selected target CSOs the series of intensive online and on-job consultations in all above mentioned topics.

Partners-Georgia will conduct trainings at ProCredit BankPartners-Georgia won the tender announced by the ProCredit Bank on delivering Customer Relations and Sales trainings. Senior trainer-consultants will deliver trainings in frames of the one-year contract between the Bank and Partners-Georgia.

Advanced National Integration (ANI) ProgramAdvancing National Integration in Georgia (ANI) is a USAID funded 3-year project, implemented by the United Nations Association of Georgia (UNAG) in cooperation with its partner organizations, including Partners-Georgia. The program took start in November 2011, and the overall goal of the project is to strengthen civic integration in Georgia. Partners-Georgia will serve as a primary training provider for the ANI program, being involved in various training manual development, training delivery and summer camp implementation for Youth.

Teambuilding in UNDP funded programIn December 5, in frames of UNDP project in Capacity Building for the Ministry of Education and Science, Partners-Georgia conducted teambuilding workshop for Professional-Technical schools principals and heads of education department. The workshop activities aimed to increase cooperative and teamwork-oriented relationship among the participants.
